The XTRONS QLBH44X1NB3 is a 14.9 inch Android 14 screen for the BMW X1 F48 with the original NBT system. It adds wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, built-in 4G and a DSP, and the original CD player stays where it is.

Made for the X1 F48 with NBT
This unit only works with the original BMW X1 F48 NBT system. NBT usually has a 6-pin LVDS port and a MEDIA button or a touch pad on the iDrive controller.
Other systems have their own versions: the XTRONS QLBH44X1EV3 for EVO, the QLBH44X1CI3 for CIC, and the QLBH44X1UN3 for cars with no original display.
The unit works alongside the car's original system, and the original CD player doesn't need to come out.
14.9 inch 2K IPS screen
The 14.9 inch IPS screen runs at 2560×720 and is fully laminated, with a custom bezel and a 2.5D edge that gives a full-screen look. It plays 2K video.
The extra width gives room for a map and media controls side by side, and IPS keeps the picture clear from the passenger seat.
Wireless CarPlay
CarPlay connects to your iPhone without a cable, and voice commands let you send messages and pick music with your hands on the wheel.
Android Auto
Android phones get Android Auto on the wide screen, with Google Maps, music and calls controlled by touch or voice.
Built-in 4G
Insert a SIM card and the unit has its own 4G connection for navigation, video and online apps, without using your phone's hotspot. A 4G antenna is in the box.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi lets the unit join a home network or a hotspot for downloads and streaming.
Built-in DSP
The built-in DSP lets you adjust the sound to suit the X1's speakers and where you sit.
Screen mirroring
Screen mirroring shows your phone's display on the head unit, useful for apps that aren't in CarPlay or Android Auto.
Microphone for calls
A mini microphone is included for hands-free calls and voice commands.
AHD camera support
The unit supports an AHD camera, so you can add a reversing camera and see the view behind on the big screen.
DAB radio
DAB digital radio works when an external DAB tuner is connected to the unit.

The unit connects with the ISO wiring harness and audio cable in the box, and the original CD player stays in place. Confirm your car has NBT before ordering: a 6-pin LVDS port and a MEDIA button or touch pad on the iDrive controller.
How do I know if my X1 has NBT?
NBT has a 6-pin LVDS port and a MEDIA button or a touch pad iDrive controller. A Car ConnectedDrive screen alone doesn't prove it's NBT.
Which unit do I need for EVO or CIC?
The XTRONS QLBH44X1EV3 for EVO and the QLBH44X1CI3 for CIC. Cars with no original display need the QLBH44X1UN3.
Do I have to remove the CD player?
No. The unit works with the original system and the CD player stays.
Does it have its own internet?
Yes. Insert a SIM card for built-in 4G, or use Wi-Fi.
