How to make a claim
Signed in, start a claim from your warranty claims: choose the order and the item, describe the fault and, if you can, add a photo or short video of it. Ordered as a guest? Report a faulty item with your order number and delivery postcode, and follow the claim from the private link we email you.
Please talk to us before you remove a unit from the car. We help you check the settings and wiring first, then tell you where to send the unit.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
- Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject a faulty item for a full refund.
- Your statutory rights are not affected by the warranty, which is in addition to them.
