Delivery in the UK
Orders are packed and dispatched by our warehouse partner, from its UK warehouse. Most UK orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch.
Standard delivery is free when your order comes to £50 or more, and £4.99 below that. The price is shown in your cart and at checkout, and it already includes VAT.

Tracking your order
We email you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, with the carrier and a tracking link. Signed in, you can also follow each order from your orders.
If an item runs out
Stock is held at our partner's warehouse and checked again before you pay. If an item still runs out after you order, we tell you straight away and refund it in full. Your card is only charged for what is dispatched.
