How to send something back
- Sign in and open the order from your orders.
- Choose “Return items”, the items, and the reason.
- You get a reference such as R1042-1 straight away. Put it on a note inside the parcel.
- We email a returns label within one working day. Whether the label is free is still to be confirmed (see below).
Ordered as a guest? Contact us with your order number and we will book the return for you.
Condition and packaging
Items must be unused and complete: in their original packaging, with every cable, bracket, fascia, manual and accessory that came in the box. Pack head units and screens carefully: a screen damaged in the post can delay your refund.
You can inspect an item as you would in a shop. If an item has been fitted, used beyond that, damaged or sent back incomplete, we may take an amount off the refund for its loss of value.

Return postage
If an item is faulty or not as described, the returns label is free. For other returns, the label price is shown before you book it.

Faulty items
A faulty item is not a return: it is handled under the warranty and your statutory rights. Signed in, start a claim from your warranty claims; ordered as a guest, report a faulty item with your order number and postcode; or contact us, before you remove the item from the car. We often solve problems with a setting or a wiring check. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item for a full refund.
Refunds
We refund the price you paid to the card or account you paid with, once the parcel has reached us and been checked. A faulty or not-as-described item is refunded in full, with the original delivery charge.

Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act; see warranty.
