This screen is for left-hand drive BMW 5 Series F10 and F11 cars from 2011-2012, and it only works with the original CIC system. A CIC radio usually has a CD button, a 4-pin LVDS port and a BMW CIC interface. For NBT cars, choose the XTRONS QBBH14NB12FV.

If the car’s interface has been modified or updated, it can be harder to tell which system you have, so check before ordering.

It runs Android 14 on a Qualcomm 662 octa-core processor with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

CarPlay connects your iPhone without a cable, so maps, music and calls show on the wide screen while the phone stays in your pocket.

Android Auto also works wirelessly. Google Maps, your music apps and messages appear in a layout made for driving.

The 10.25 inch 2K IPS touch screen is fully laminated, which cuts reflections and keeps the picture sharp and clear from both front seats.

With a SIM card, built-in 4G gives the unit its own data connection for live maps and streaming. A 4G antenna is in the box.

Wi-Fi lets the unit join a hotspot or your home network for app downloads and updates.

The unit has its own GPS navigation with a GPS antenna supplied, so you can run a sat nav app on the screen as well as using your phone's maps.

The unit supports an external DAB tuner, sold separately, for digital radio.

Screen mirroring puts your phone's display on the 10.25 inch screen, useful for apps that don't run in CarPlay or Android Auto. It's best used when parked or by a passenger.

An external microphone can be connected for clearer hands-free calls and voice commands.
