A 10.25 inch Android 13 screen for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class W204 (2007-2010) with COMAND APS NTG 4.0. It keeps the CD player, radio and COMAND, and adds wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and 4G.

Android alongside COMAND
The screen is made to match the C-Class dashboard and works with the original NTG 4.0 system. You keep the CD player, radio and COMAND, and swipe across to Android when you want it.
Wireless Apple CarPlay
CarPlay connects without a cable, so your iPhone's maps, calls and music appear on the 10.25 inch screen. Siri voice commands work through it too.
Your iPhone connects on its own when you start the car, so there's no cable to plug in. It needs an iPhone with wireless CarPlay support; check yours in Settings > General > CarPlay. A cable still works when you'd rather charge on the way.
Android Auto, wireless or wired
Android Auto works wirelessly or with a cable. Google Maps, messages and music are on the big screen, and Google Assistant handles voice commands.
Maps, calls, messages and music from your Android phone appear on the car screen, with Google Assistant for voice control. It needs a phone with Google services, which most Android phones have. To connect without a cable, the phone must support wireless Android Auto too.
QLED colour
The QLED screen gives strong, rich colour, so maps and media are easy to read at a glance.
IPS viewing angles
The 10.25 inch IPS panel keeps the picture clear from wide angles, so the passenger sees it as well as the driver.
Octa-core with 8GB RAM
A flagship 12nm octa-core chip (2xCortex-A75 2.0GHz + 6xCortex-A55) with 8GB DDR4 RAM and 128GB of solid state storage runs Android 13 with plenty of room for apps and offline maps.
Built-in 4G
Insert a SIM card (not included) and the unit has its own internet connection for navigation, video and games, and it can share a hotspot with others. The 4G is for data only, so calls go through apps.
A SIM card in the head unit gives it its own internet connection for maps, traffic and streaming, so it doesn't need your phone's hotspot. You supply the SIM and the data plan; a data-only SIM is usually the cheapest way to do it.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi connects the screen to a phone hotspot or your home network for updates and streaming.
DSP
The built-in DSP lets you adjust the sound settings to suit the car and what you listen to.
The sound processor lets you tune the sound to your car: an equaliser, a delay for each speaker so the sound centres on your seat, and crossovers that keep deep bass away from small speakers. Start from a preset and change one setting at a time.
Screen mirroring
Screen mirroring shows your phone's display on the 10.25 inch screen, for apps that don't run in CarPlay or Android Auto.
Mirroring shows your phone's whole screen on the car screen, unlike CarPlay and Android Auto, which show apps designed for driving. It usually needs a companion app on the phone, and paid video streaming apps often block it.
USB
USB connects your phone for wired Android Auto, or a USB drive for media.
Microphone for calls
The unit supports a microphone for clearer hands-free calls and voice commands.
RCA audio output
The RCA audio output lets you connect an external amplifier if you want to add more power to the system.
RCA pre-outputs send a clean, low-level signal to an external amplifier or subwoofer. Count the channels you need (front, rear and sub) against the outputs in the specifications. You'll also need RCA leads and power wiring for the amplifier.

- This unit ONLY works with Mercedes-Benz C-Class cars that come with NTG 4.0. Please make sure your vehicle's original system is COMAND APS NTG 4.0 before purchasing. A NTG 4.0 system usually has a 10 pin LVDS port and new Telematic Generation 4.0 UI.

It's a plug-and-play replacement for the factory display. Make sure your car has COMAND APS NTG 4.0 first, which usually has a 10 pin LVDS port. Right-hand drive cars with NTG 4.5 or NTG 4.7 need QAM1245M12C45R, and cars with NTG5.1 or NTG5.2 need QAM1250M12C5.
