Apple CarPlay

Android Auto

7-inch IPS touch screen

Sound adjustment
The EQ system gives you plenty of control over the sound, so you can balance it for the X5's cabin and speakers.
4x45W TCB001HQ amplifier
The built-in TCB001HQ amplifier puts out 4x45W and keeps the sound steady from low to high volume.
Dual-band Wi-Fi
Dual-band Wi-Fi lets the unit connect to a phone hotspot or home network for downloading apps and updates.
Microphone for calls and voice control
The unit has a microphone for hands-free calls and for Siri or Google Assistant voice commands.
DAB with an external tuner
Add an external DAB tuner to receive digital radio stations. For FM, the built-in SI4755 radio shows RDS station information.
RCA connection
An RCA cable comes with the unit for connecting extra audio or video equipment.
USB
Two USB cables are included for connecting your phone or playing media files, including 1080P video.
CANbus decoding and camera support
An external CANbus decoder helps the stereo work smoothly with the X5's electronics and reduces electromagnetic interference.

- Please check whether your car's radio antenna port is in the boot. If it is, you will need two radio antenna extension cables to finish the installation. (XTRONS ICE/ACS/FZMF and ICE/ACS/ISOFZ are compatible)
- If your car's original radio has a 4.3" or 7" screen with a 12 pin plug, you will need to order this cable to aid the installation. (XTRONS ICE/ACS/BMWDSP01 is compatible.)
- If there is DSP (Digital Sound Processing) button in your factory radio, you need to order an extension cable to aid for the installation. (XTRONS EXL007 is compatible).
- Please check whether there is a frame in the centre console of your car. If so, please remove the frame before installing the unit.
The stereo is a custom fit for the X5 E53 and comes with fitting kits, an ISO wiring harness and a CANbus box. Check the year, dimensions and shape of your centre console first; the face panel is 286x128mm, and any frame in the console must be removed before fitting. Depending on the car you may need extra cables: XTRONS ICE/ACS/FZMF and ICE/ACS/ISOFZ if the aerial port is in the boot, ICE/ACS/BMWDSP01 for a factory 4.3" or 7" screen with a 12 pin plug, and EXL007 if the factory radio has a DSP button.
Does it play CDs?
No. This unit does not play discs.
My car's aerial connection is in the boot. What do I need?
Two radio aerial extension cables: the XTRONS ICE/ACS/FZMF and ICE/ACS/ISOFZ.
My factory radio has a DSP button. Will it fit?
Yes, with the XTRONS EXL007 extension cable.
Can I add a reversing camera?
Yes. It supports AHD cameras, and a camera cable is included.
