A 14.9-inch Android 14 screen made as a plug-and-play replacement for the factory display in the BMW X1 E84 (2009-2015) with the CIC system. It works alongside the original BMW system, so the CD player stays in place, and adds wireless CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, built-in 4G and a DSP.

14.9-inch ultra-wide 2K IPS screen
The 14.9-inch Grade-A 2K IPS screen has an ultra-wide 32:9 aspect ratio, so you can keep the map, music and other apps on show together without switching between them.
It has a slim, fully laminated design with a custom bezel and 2.5D edge, made to suit the X1's dashboard, and IPS keeps the picture clear from the passenger seat.
Wireless Apple CarPlay
Your iPhone connects wirelessly, with no cable needed. Maps, calls and music appear on the big screen, and voice commands let you control them without reaching for the phone.
Wireless Android Auto
Android phones connect to Android Auto wirelessly, putting navigation, calls and music on the dashboard in an easy layout.
Works with the original BMW system
Android sits alongside the car's CIC system rather than replacing it, and the original CD player doesn't have to come out. You can still use the BMW functions you're used to and switch to Android when you want apps or phone mirroring.
Built-in 4G
Insert a SIM card and the unit has its own 4G connection for navigation, video and streaming, without relying on your phone's hotspot. A 4G antenna is included.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi lets the unit join a hotspot or your home network to download apps and updates.
Built-in DSP
The built-in DSP gives you control over how the sound is shaped, so you can balance it to suit the X1's cabin and speakers.
Screen mirroring
Screen mirroring turns the head unit into a display for your phone, so you can use phone apps that aren't available in CarPlay or Android Auto.
Mini microphone for calls
A mini microphone is supplied for hands-free calls and voice commands. Mount it near the driver for the clearest pickup.
USB
A USB cable is included for connecting a phone or a USB stick with your music and video.
DAB with an external tuner
Connect an external DAB tuner to receive digital radio. The tuner is a separate accessory.

The screen is a plug-and-play replacement for the factory display in X1 E84 cars with the CIC system, which has a 4-pin LVDS port and a CD button on the iDrive controller. The original CD player stays where it is. Check your system before ordering, as NBT, EVO and cars without a factory screen each need a different model.
How do I know if my X1 has CIC?
CIC has a 4-pin LVDS port and a CD button on the iDrive controller. A Car Information Computer interface alone doesn't confirm it.
