Seat Leon 7 inch Android CarPlay Stereo

The XTRONS PX74LESGS is a 7 inch Android 14 car stereo custom-fit for the Seat Leon (2013-2018). It adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, built-in 4G, an AKM DSP and a gyroscope-based inclinometer, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

Wireless Apple CarPlay

CarPlay connects without a cable, so your iPhone's maps, calls and music appear on the 7 inch screen and you can use voice commands while driving. It supports iPhone 5 and later on iOS 8 and above.

Full-featured Android Auto

Android Auto brings Google Maps, calls and music apps to the dashboard, with voice control for hands-free use. It supports Android phones on Android 4.3 and above.

7 inch IPS touch screen

The 7 inch capacitive touch screen runs at 1280×720 with G+G glass. The IPS panel keeps colours true at wide angles, so there's no colour shift when the passenger looks across.

AKM DSP

The automotive-grade AKM DSP chip has customisable sound modes and EQ settings, so you can set the bass, mids and treble to suit what you listen to.

TDA7388 amplifier

A TDA7388 amplifier drives the car's speakers directly. Note that the unit doesn't support the factory amplifier system.

Integrated 4G

The integrated global 4G solution gives the unit its own data connection with a SIM card, for live navigation, streaming and apps without your phone. USB tethering is also supported.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi connects the unit to a hotspot or your home network for app downloads and updates.

Screen mirroring

The unit can act as a wireless display and controller for an iOS or Android phone, so apps outside CarPlay and Android Auto can be shown on screen.

External microphone

An external microphone comes in the box. Mount it near the driver for clearer hands-free calls and voice commands.

USB and factory USB port

Two USB cables are supplied. To keep the factory USB port working, unplug 10 and connect 42 to Port A, following the wiring diagram.

Radio and DAB

An SI4755 radio tuner with RDS shows station names on screen. Add an external DAB tuner for digital stations.

AHD camera support

The unit supports AHD cameras, and a camera cable is in the box for adding a reversing camera.

Inclinometer and compass

Built-in gyroscope sensors show the car's roll and pitch angle on screen, along with a compass, which is useful on rough tracks.

Processor and memory

A 12nm octa core 2.2GHz processor runs Android 14 with 4GB DDR4 RAM and 64GB solid state storage, and plays 2K video. The components are tested from −30°C to +80°C.

This unit does NOT support the factory amplifier system.
This unit will NOT replace the car's original navigation system.
Please check the face panel of your car factory radio. If it is the same as the picture supplied, please see XTRONS PX74MTVL.
Please check your vehicle's power port to see whether it is the same as the image supplied. If it is, you need connect 37 to 40 (grey cable to grey cable)and 38 to 39 (white cable to white cable), please check wiring diagram first.
To keep the factory USB cable/port functional, please unplug 10 and connect 42 to Port A (please check wiring diagram first).

Some cars came with a choice of factory head unit. If a product asks for the original system, pick the one your car has. How to check compatibility

The PX74LESGS is custom-fit for the Leon and connects with the supplied ISO wiring harness, CANbus box and tool kit. Compare your factory radio's face panel with the product photos first, as some cars need XTRONS PX74MTVL instead. Depending on your power port you may need to join 37 to 40 and 38 to 39, and keeping the factory USB port means unplugging 10 and connecting 42 to Port A; check the wiring diagram before you start.

Does it work with the factory amplifier?

No. This unit doesn't support the factory amplifier system.

Will it replace my Leon's original navigation?

No, it won't replace the car's original navigation system, but it has its own GPS navigation.

Can I keep using the factory USB port?

Yes. Unplug 10 and connect 42 to Port A, following the wiring diagram.

Which phones work with it?
