The 12.3-inch Grade-A IPS screen has a 1920×720 resolution and a wide 24:9 shape, which gives a map plenty of room and stays clear from both front seats. The 2.5D G+G touch glass is smooth and responsive.

It's fully laminated in an ultra-slim body with a tailor-made bezel, so it looks at home in the Mercedes dashboard.

The QLED panel gives strong, vivid colour, so album art, video and map details stand out clearly.

Insert a SIM card and the unit has its own LTE Cat 7 connection for maps, streaming and apps, without using your phone's hotspot. A 4G antenna and a SIM card slot are supplied.

Wi-Fi lets the unit join a hotspot or home network for app downloads and updates.

The DSP lets you adjust the sound to suit the cabin and your speakers.

An RCA audio output lets you connect an external amplifier if you want more from the sound system.

Screen mirroring shows your phone's display on the head unit, for apps that don't run in CarPlay or Android Auto.
