The XTRONS QLM2245M12CLS is a 12.3 inch Android 13 screen for the Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class C218/W218 with the COMAND APS NTG 4.5 or NTG 4.7 system. It replaces the factory display with a wide, fully laminated touch screen and adds wireless CarPlay, wireless Android Auto and 4G.

Wireless Apple CarPlay
CarPlay connects to your iPhone without a cable, so maps, messages and music appear on the 12.3 inch screen. The phone can stay in your pocket.
It's ready each time you start the car, with nothing to plug in.
Wireless Android Auto
Android Auto connects wirelessly too. Navigation, calls and music apps run on the wide screen and are controlled by touch or voice.
12.3 inch IPS screen
The 1920×720 Grade-A IPS screen has a 24:9 aspect ratio, so a map can show more of the road ahead. The 2.5D G+G touch glass is responsive, and IPS gives wide viewing angles for the passenger.
A fully laminated, ultra-slim design with a tailor-made bezel gives the CLS a modern full-screen look.
QLED colour
The screen also uses QLED technology for vivid colours, which keeps maps, album art and video bright and clear.
Octa-core performance
A genuine 12nm octa-core processor (Cortex-A75 x 2 + Cortex-A55 x 6) with a G52 GPU runs Android 13. It has 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB EMMC 5.1 storage for apps, music and maps.
Global 4G LTE
Insert a SIM card and the unit has its own high-speed internet connection, so streaming and live maps don't depend on your phone.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi lets the unit connect to a hotspot or your home network for downloads and updates.
DSP sound processor
The built-in DSP lets you adjust the sound from the unit's settings to suit the CLS's cabin and speakers.
Screen mirroring
Screen mirroring shows your phone's display on the head unit, handy for apps outside CarPlay and Android Auto while you're parked.
RCA audio output
An RCA audio output lets you connect an external amplifier if you want to upgrade the sound later.
USB
USB support lets you play music and video from a USB stick or connect a phone by cable.
Mini microphone
A mini microphone is in the box. Placed near the driver, it picks up your voice clearly for hands-free calls and voice commands.

The screen is a plug-and-play replacement for the factory display and only works with the original COMAND APS NTG 4.5 or NTG 4.7 system. Sound plays through the car's AUX input, so make sure AUX is enabled. If your car has an AMI port, connect the AMI cable to the "audio in" port on the ISO cable.
How do I know if my CLS has NTG 4.5 or NTG 4.7?
These systems have a 4-pin LVDS port or the New Telematic Generation 4.5/4.7 interface. If your car has NTG 4.0, choose the XTRONS QLM2240M12CLS instead.
Does it need the car's AUX input?
Yes. Sound plays through the AUX input, which must be enabled.
Is a microphone included?
Yes, a mini microphone comes in the box for calls and voice commands.
