The XTRONS QAMS1445M12C45R is a 10.25 inch Android 14 screen for right-hand drive Mercedes-Benz C-Class W204 models (2011-2014) with COMAND APS NTG 4.5 or NTG 4.7. It adds wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and 4G, and the CD player, radio and COMAND system stay in use.

Made for the W204 with NTG 4.5 or 4.7
This unit only works with the original C-Class W204 COMAND APS NTG4.5 and NTG 4.7 system, which has a 4-pin LVDS port or the New Telematic Generation 4.5/4.7 interface. It's for right-hand drive cars from 2011-2014.
Left-hand drive cars need the XTRONS QAMS1445M12C45L. NTG 4.0 cars need the QAMS1440M12C40, and NTG 5.1 or NTG 5.2 cars the QAMS1450M12C5.
The CD player, radio and COMAND system stay, and you swipe the screen to move into Android.
Wireless CarPlay
CarPlay connects to your iPhone wirelessly, with maps, music and messages on the 10.25 inch screen and Siri for voice commands.
Android Auto, wireless or wired
Android Auto connects with or without a cable, and Google Assistant handles voice requests.
Independent 4G
Insert a SIM card and the 4G module gives the unit direct internet access for navigation, video and apps. You can share the connection as a hotspot too. A 4G antenna is in the box.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi lets the unit use a home network or a phone hotspot.
Android 14 performance
Android 14 runs on a 12nm octa-core chip at up to 2.0GHz with a Mali G52 GPU, 4GB DDR4 RAM and 64GB ROM.
DSP
The DSP lets you adjust the sound to suit the C-Class cabin and your seat.
Screen mirroring
Screen mirroring puts your phone's display on the head unit, for apps that aren't in CarPlay or Android Auto.
USB
A USB cable is in the box, for wired Android Auto or USB devices.
Microphone support
Microphone support allows hands-free calls and voice commands to Siri or Google Assistant.
DAB radio
DAB digital radio works when an external DAB tuner is connected.

The unit is a plug-and-play replacement for the factory display, using the ISO wiring harness and screws in the box. If your car has an AMI port, connect the AMI cable from the box to the "audio out" port on the ISO cable.
How do I know if my C-Class has NTG 4.5 or 4.7?
These systems have a 4-pin LVDS port or the New Telematic Generation 4.5/4.7 interface.
Which unit do I need for other systems?
The XTRONS QAMS1440M12C40 for NTG 4.0, and the QAMS1450M12C5 for NTG 5.1 or NTG 5.2. Left-hand drive NTG 4.5 or 4.7 cars need the QAMS1445M12C45L.
Will I keep COMAND?
Yes. The CD player, radio and COMAND system all stay.
My car has an AMI port. What do I do?
Connect the AMI cable in the box to the "audio out" port on the ISO cable.
