The XTRONS IDSP90MXF is a 9 inch Android car stereo custom-fit for the Ford S-Max (2007-2014). It brings CarPlay and Android Auto, an adjustable EQ with a 4x45W amplifier and support for AHD reversing cameras to the S-Max dashboard.

Wireless Apple CarPlay
CarPlay puts your iPhone on the 9 inch screen, with maps, calls and music under large touch controls. Siri is available directly, so you can ask for directions or send a message by voice.
Android Auto
Android phones get Android Auto, with Google Maps, calls and music apps on the bigger screen and Google Assistant for voice control.
9 inch IPS touch screen
The 9 inch Grade-A HD IPS screen runs at 1280×720, with G+G touch glass that responds quickly to taps. IPS keeps the picture clear from the passenger seat as well as the driver's.
Adjustable sound
The DSP and EQ system let you shape the sound to suit the S-Max cabin, so you can balance it for the people in the front and the back.
4x45W amplifier
A 4x45W TCB001HQ amplifier keeps the sound steady at different volume levels and drives the factory speakers without an extra amp.
Dual-band Wi-Fi
Dual-band Wi-Fi connects the unit to a hotspot or your home network for apps, streaming and updates.
Microphone for calls and voice
The unit has a microphone for hands-free calls and for talking to Siri or Google Assistant.
Radio and DAB
An SI4755 radio tuner with RDS shows station names on screen. For digital stations, add an external DAB tuner.
AHD reversing camera support
The unit supports AHD cameras, and a camera cable is in the box, so you can add a reversing camera for a clearer view when parking.
CANbus decoding and custom display
Built-in CANbus decoding links the unit to the S-Max's electronics so it works properly after the upgrade.
The XTRONS interface has a quick display window that shows car speed, navigation or video at a glance, and you can choose your favourite apps and music sources.
Processor and memory
An octa-core A55 processor runs the optimised Android system with 2GB RAM and 64GB storage, enough for everyday navigation, music and 1080P video. The unit doesn't play discs.

The IDSP90MXF is custom-fit for the S-Max and connects with the supplied ISO wiring harness, CANbus box and radio aerial adapters. It won't fit the S-MAX Estate or a car with manual air conditioning. Check the year, dimensions and shape of your centre console against the 410/234x210mm face panel before ordering.
