Wireless Apple CarPlay
Your iPhone connects to CarPlay without a cable, so maps, calls and music appear on the 10.1-inch screen as you drive off. Voice commands let you work it without taking your eyes off the road.
It works with iPhone 5 and later models on iOS 8 and above.
Android Auto
Full-featured Android Auto puts navigation, calls and music from your Android phone on the big screen, with voice control. It supports Android phones on Android 4.3 and above.
10.1-inch QLED screen
The 10.1-inch quantum dot (QLED) screen shows bright, colourful images at 1280×720, and stays clear from different angles. It's a capacitive touch screen, so it responds to light taps and swipes like a phone.
AKM DSP
The automotive-grade AKM DSP chip lets you choose sound modes and adjust the EQ, so you can set the balance of bass, mids and treble to suit your music and your speakers.
Built-in 4G
Insert a Micro-SIM card and the stereo has its own 4G mobile broadband connection, so live maps and streaming work without your phone's hotspot. A 4G antenna is included.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi lets the unit join a hotspot or home network for app downloads and updates, and USB tethering is also supported.
Inclinometer and compass for off-road driving
Built-in gyroscope sensors drive an inclinometer that shows the vehicle's roll and pitch angles and ride height. Off road, that tells you how steep a slope really is before you commit to it.
There's also a compass to help you keep your bearings on a trail.
Screen mirroring
Screen mirroring shows your phone's display on the stereo, for apps that don't run in CarPlay or Android Auto.
Microphone for calls
A microphone is included for hands-free calls and voice commands. Mount it close to the driver for the clearest sound.
DAB with an external tuner
Connect an external DAB tuner for digital radio. FM comes from the built-in SI4755 radio with RDS station information.
RCA connections
RCA cables come with the unit for connecting an external amplifier or other audio equipment.
Android 14 performance
A 12nm octa-core 2.2GHz processor runs Android 14 with 4GB of DDR4 RAM and 64GB of solid state storage, and the TDA7388 amplifier drives the speakers. The unit plays 2K video, supports AHD cameras, and is tested from −30°C to +80°C. It doesn't play discs.

The stereo is a standard double DIN size, 100mm(Height)x178mm(Width)x110mm(Depth), and mounts directly in a double DIN slot with the supplied fitting kits and ISO standard power cable. A custom fit fascia, custom ISO cable and CANbus box aren't included, and some cars need them, so check what your car requires before ordering. For a single DIN slot, the XTRONS DX121LGS is the one to choose.
