BMW 5 Series F10/F11 CIC 10.25 inch Android Screen with Wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and 4G | QDB10FVCI

This screen replaces the factory display in 5 Series F10/F11 cars from 2011-2012 with the CIC system. Android runs alongside the original BMW system, so you don't lose the CD player, radio or iDrive; swipe the screen to switch between them.

CIC has a 4-pin LVDS port and a CD button on the iDrive controller; the Car Information Computer interface alone doesn't prove it. NBT cars, with a 6-pin LVDS port and a MEDIA button or touch pad, need QDB10FVNB.

An octa-core A55 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage runs the Android system smoothly.

Your iPhone connects without a cable, putting maps, calls and music on the 10.25 inch screen. Siri voice commands mean you don't need to pick up the phone.

Android Auto connects wirelessly or with a USB cable, with Google Maps, music apps and Google Assistant on the big screen.

The 1920×720 display uses an IPS panel, so colours and contrast stay consistent from the driver's and passenger's seats. The Grade-A G+G touch screen responds accurately.

The 4G LTE module supports European and Asian networks. With a SIM card fitted, navigation and music streaming keep working without your phone's hotspot. A 4G antenna is in the box.

Connect to a hotspot or your home Wi-Fi for app downloads and updates.

A GPS antenna is supplied, so navigation apps on the unit have their own position fix without relying on your phone.

Mirror your phone's display onto the car screen to share photos or use apps outside CarPlay and Android Auto.

Microphone support gives hands-free calling and voice commands for Siri and Google Assistant.

A USB cable is included for wired Android Auto or for playing media from a USB stick.

DAB radio works with an external DAB receiver, which the unit supports. It isn't built in.
