A 14.9 inch 2K Android 14 screen for the BMW 5 Series F07 GT (2009-2012) with the original CIC system. It runs alongside the car's own system, with no need to remove the CD player, and adds wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, built-in 4G and a DSP.

Made for the F07 GT with CIC
The screen is for the 5 Series F07 GT from 2009-2012 with the original CIC system. It runs Android alongside the BMW system, and the original CD player stays in place.
To confirm CIC, look for a 4-pin LVDS port and a CD button on the iDrive controller. The Car Information Computer interface alone doesn't guarantee CIC. Cars with NBT, which have a 6-pin LVDS port and a MEDIA button or touch pad iDrive controller, need QLBX44FVNBGT3.

14.9 inch 2K IPS screen
The Grade-A 2K IPS screen has an ultra-wide 32:9 aspect ratio, so a map and your music can sit side by side without switching between them.
It's fully laminated with a slim custom bezel and 2.5D edge, giving the dashboard the full-screen look of newer models. IPS keeps it clear from both front seats.
Wireless Apple CarPlay
Your iPhone connects without a cable and the screen becomes a display and controller for it. Maps, music and calls come up on the dashboard, and voice commands keep your hands free.
Android Auto
Android phones get the same wireless set-up, with Google Maps, music apps and messages on the big screen and voice control for most tasks.
Built-in 4G
Insert a SIM card and the unit has its own 4G connection for navigation, video and apps, wherever you are, without relying on your phone. The 4G antenna is supplied.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi lets the unit connect to a phone hotspot or your home network for app downloads and updates.
Built-in DSP
The built-in DSP lets you adjust the sound to suit the GT's cabin, so music sounds balanced from the driver's seat.
GPS navigation
A GPS antenna is in the box, so the unit can run navigation apps with its own position fix.
Screen mirroring
Mirror your phone's screen to the 14.9 inch display for apps that don't run in CarPlay or Android Auto.
Mini microphone
A mini microphone comes with the unit. Mount it near the driver for clearer hands-free calls and voice commands.
DAB with an external receiver
Digital radio works with an external DAB receiver, which the unit supports. It isn't built in.

The screen replaces the factory display and connects with the supplied ISO wiring harness and audio cable. The original CD player stays where it is. Check your GT has the CIC system before ordering, using the LVDS port and the iDrive controller buttons.
