BMW 5 Series E60 E61 CCC 10.25 inch Android Screen with Wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and 4G | QBBH14CCB12E60

This screen is designed as a plug-and-play replacement for the factory display in E60 and E61 cars with the original CCC system. A CCC radio usually has both a CD and a DVD slot, a 10-pin LVDS port and a BMW CCC interface. Cars with the CIC system need XTRONS QBBH14CIB12E60 instead.

The unit's sound goes through the car's AUX input, which has to be enabled. If there's no AUX input or it doesn't work, you'll need an FM transmitter; XTRONS CA/ITR/FM02 and CA/ITR/FM03 are compatible.

The 10.25 inch 2K widescreen is fully laminated, so there's no air gap between the glass and the panel, and IPS keeps the colours true from both front seats. It's a touch screen, so you can tap and swipe as you would on a phone.

Wireless CarPlay puts your iPhone's maps, calls, messages and music on the wide screen without plugging in.

Android phones connect to Android Auto wirelessly, giving you Google Maps, calls and music apps on the dashboard.

With a SIM card, the unit has its own mobile data for live traffic, streaming and online apps, so your phone doesn't need to act as a hotspot.

Wi-Fi connects the unit to a hotspot or your home network for app downloads and updates.

A GPS antenna is in the box, so navigation apps on the unit can follow your position on the wide screen.

Screen mirroring shows your phone's display on the 10.25 inch screen, for apps that don't run in CarPlay or Android Auto.

The unit has a microphone for hands-free calls and voice commands in CarPlay and Android Auto.

Add an external DAB tuner to listen to digital radio through the unit.

A Qualcomm 662 octa-core processor runs Android 14 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, so there's plenty of room for apps, music and maps.
