The XTRONS IQ84A3AP is an 8 inch Android 14 head unit made to fit the Audi A3 8P, S3 8P and RS3 Sportback. It adds wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and 4G, with a Qualcomm processor, 8GB RAM and DTS digital sound.

Wireless Apple CarPlay
CarPlay connects your iPhone wirelessly, putting maps, messages and music on the 8 inch screen without a cable. Voice commands work straight from the unit.
Android Auto
Full-featured Android Auto connects wirelessly or with a USB cable, so you can choose depending on whether you want the phone charging.
Snapdragon 665 performance
A Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 64bit octa-core processor (4x Cortex A73 and 4x Cortex A53 cores, up to 2.0GHz, 11nm) runs Android 14. With 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, there's room for plenty of apps and media, and it plays 4K video.
8 inch QLED screen
The 8 inch high definition quantum dot screen gives bright, detailed colour for maps and menus.
IPS viewing angles
IPS technology gives the 1280×720 screen wide viewing angles, so the passenger sees a clear picture too.
DSP and DTS sound
The Si47925 audio processor adds DTS decoding, and the DSP lets you adjust the sound to suit the A3's cabin. Processing the audio digitally helps keep interference out.
TDA7808 amplifier
An automotive-grade TDA7808 amplifier chip with high-efficiency digital processing drives the speakers.
HD port
The built-in HD port lets you send video to a screen in the back, so passengers can watch a film from the head unit.
Optical and RCA audio outputs
Optical and RCA audio outputs let you add an external amplifier later.
Integrated 4G LTE
4G LTE is built in. In Europe it supports bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38 and 40, so with a data SIM you can stream and navigate without your phone, or share the connection.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi lets the unit join a hotspot or your home network for app downloads and updates.
Bluetooth
Bluetooth links your phone to the unit and is used to set up wireless CarPlay and Android Auto.
DAB with an adapter
DAB radio is supported with an external DAB adapter, which is sold separately.
Screen mirroring
Screen mirroring shows your phone's display on the head unit, useful for apps outside CarPlay and Android Auto while parked.
USB
USB is used for wired Android Auto and for playing media from a USB stick.
Microphone
The unit supports a microphone for hands-free calls and voice commands.
