The XTRONS IDSP10CIRL is a 10.1 inch Android car stereo made for the Renault Clio (2013-2018). It brings CarPlay and Android Auto, GPS navigation and dual-band Wi-Fi, and uses built-in CANbus decoding to work with the car's electronics.

Wireless CarPlay
Your iPhone links to CarPlay without a cable, and maps, music and messages appear on the 10.1 inch screen. Siri is a button press away for calls and directions.
Your iPhone connects on its own when you start the car, so there's no cable to plug in. It needs an iPhone with wireless CarPlay support; check yours in Settings > General > CarPlay. A cable still works when you'd rather charge on the way.
Android Auto
Android Auto brings Google Maps, your music and calls to the bigger screen, and Google Assistant can be used by voice.
Maps, calls, messages and music from your Android phone appear on the car screen, with Google Assistant for voice control. It needs a phone with Google services, which most Android phones have. To connect without a cable, the phone must support wireless Android Auto too.
10.1 inch IPS screen
The 10.1 inch IPS display runs at 1280×720 with a Grade-A G+G touch screen. It plays 1080P video.
The home screen's quick display window can show car speed, navigation or video, and you can set your favourite music sources and apps.
EQ and sound settings
The EQ system lets you adjust the sound in detail, so you can balance it to the Clio's speakers and how you like your music.
The sound processor lets you tune the sound to your car: an equaliser, a delay for each speaker so the sound centres on your seat, and crossovers that keep deep bass away from small speakers. Start from a preset and change one setting at a time.
4x45W amplifier
A 4x45W TCB001HQ amplifier keeps output stable at different volume levels, from quiet background music to motorway volume.
The built-in amplifier drives your car's speakers directly, which is all most cars need. If your car has a factory amplifier, as many premium sound systems do, it usually stays in use and may need an adapter, so check before ordering.
Dual-band Wi-Fi
Dual-band Wi-Fi connects the unit to a hotspot or home network for downloads and streaming.
Hands-free calls
Hands-free calling and voice assistants let you answer calls and send messages without picking up the phone.
AHD camera support
The unit supports AHD cameras, and a camera cable is included for fitting a reversing camera.
Connect a reversing camera and its picture appears on the screen when you select reverse. Automatic switching needs the reverse signal wired in. If your car already has a factory camera, check whether you need an adapter to keep it.
RCA connection
An RCA cable is in the box for connecting extra audio equipment.
RCA pre-outputs send a clean, low-level signal to an external amplifier or subwoofer. Count the channels you need (front, rear and sub) against the outputs in the specifications. You'll also need RCA leads and power wiring for the amplifier.
Radio and DAB
The SI4755 radio with RDS handles FM with station names. DAB digital radio works with an external DAB tuner.
Digital radio gives clearer sound and more stations than FM where there's DAB coverage. It needs a DAB aerial: a stick-on windscreen aerial is the usual choice, or a splitter if your car already has a combined FM and DAB aerial.
CANbus decoding
Internal CANbus decoding helps the unit work with the Clio's electronics after the upgrade, and a CANbus box and cable are in the box.

The unit fits with the ISO wiring harnesses, CANbus box and radio antenna cable in the box, and the face panel measures 269x378mm. Check the year, dimensions and shape of your centre console before ordering. An air vent bezel comes pre-installed; if your Clio has a single-wheel control air vent, unscrew the 4 screws on the back to remove the bezel and fit your original vent to the unit.
