Keeps the premium sound system working
Cars with a Harman Kardon or Burmester system send audio to the factory amplifier over a fibre optic network. Swap the stereo without a decoder and that link is lost. This box sits between the new stereo and the car, so the factory amplifier and fibre optic network keep working and sound comes through all the speakers.
It installs plug and play, with a power supply cable and adapter included.
