Digital radio for your Android stereo
Plug the dongle into your Android car stereo's USB port and fit the DAB antenna, and you can listen to DAB+ stations. Each frequency carries several channels, so switching between stations is quick, and channel information appears on screen.
With an SNR over 95db and an encoding rate of 192kbps, it copes well with the constant movement of a car and gives clean sound without distortion.
Digital radio gives clearer sound and more stations than FM where there's DAB coverage. It needs a DAB aerial: a stick-on windscreen aerial is the usual choice, or a splitter if your car already has a combined FM and DAB aerial.
Which stereos it suits
It's made for XTRONS IA, ID, IM, IP, IQ, IX, PX, UA, QA, QB, QD, QL, QG, QIR, QT and QW series head units. It doesn't support the North American region.
