The XTRONS ACCP08 plugs into the USB port of a car that already has factory wired CarPlay and makes the connection wireless. It also brings wireless Android Auto, so Android phones can connect without a cable too.

Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto from a wired system
If your car has CarPlay from the factory but needs a cable, the ACCP08 sits in the CarPlay USB port and lets your iPhone connect without one. Android phones get wireless Android Auto the same way.
The adapter fits the CarPlay and Android Auto picture to your car's screen size, so the layout looks right on the display you have.
Your iPhone connects on its own when you start the car, so there's no cable to plug in. It needs an iPhone with wireless CarPlay support; check yours in Settings > General > CarPlay. A cable still works when you'd rather charge on the way.
Set up once
Plug the adapter into the car's USB port, pair your phone over Bluetooth with Wi-Fi left on, and it connects wirelessly. After that first pairing it reconnects on its own every time you start the car.
It has a nylon braided cable, 6H tempered glass on top and an aluminium frame. It suits both Type-A and Type-C CarPlay USB ports. Your car must already have factory installed wired CarPlay for it to work.
