A two channel line out converter that turns a stereo's high level speaker output into a low level RCA feed for an external amplifier. It's the way to add an amp to a factory head unit that has no RCA outputs.

Add an amplifier to any stereo
Many factory head units have no RCA outputs, so there's no clean way to feed an external amplifier. This converter connects to the stereo's speaker wires and turns that high level signal into a low level RCA output the amp can use.
The output level is adjustable. Turn it up if the signal is too low, or down if it's too high, which keeps the sound clean and free of distortion.
RCA pre-outputs send a clean, low-level signal to an external amplifier or subwoofer. Count the channels you need (front, rear and sub) against the outputs in the specifications. You'll also need RCA leads and power wiring for the amplifier.
Useful in bigger installations
Connecting at the rear speakers can cut down the amount of cable you need to run, and the converter can create extra feeds for 4, 6 or 8 channel amplifiers.
Its built-in power system generates the amplifier remote signal, taking strain off the stereo's own supply. Transformers give better grounding and reduce the turn-on pop that cheaper resistor-based converters can cause.
