Ways to pay
At checkout you choose from the methods that suit your order:
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, on devices that support them
- PayPal
- Klarna, to pay in instalments, on baskets of £150 or more
- Link, Revolut Pay and Amazon Pay, where they are offered at checkout

When you are charged
We authorise the payment when you place your order and take it when your order is dispatched. If an item can't be sent, the hold for it is released and you are never charged for it.
Security
The payment form is Stripe's own, shown inside our checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app (3D Secure).
Prices and VAT
UK prices are in pounds and include VAT at 20%. Your VAT invoice is in your account once your order has been dispatched.
