Holds the stereo firmly in the dash
A fitting cage gives a double DIN head unit something solid to lock into, so it doesn't rattle or move when you press the screen. This one is made of metal and fits most double DIN aftermarket units.
It's suitable for dashboards with an opening 114mm high. Measure your car's opening before ordering.
Fitting and removal
Screw the side brackets onto the stereo, then slide the cage on from the back of the unit and clip it into the brackets. To take the stereo out later, use the release keys and pull the cage backwards.
