Dual USB switch hole cover
This part replaces a switch blank in the dash with a cover that has two USB ports. Cables then come out at a fixed point on the dash rather than trailing from elsewhere.
The extension cable links the ports to wherever you'll connect them behind the dash.
It is sold for Toyota and Lexus. Compare your own switch blank with the product photo to be sure the shape and size match before you order.

The cover takes the place of a switch blank, and the extension cable runs behind the dash to where the ports connect. Check your blank matches the photo before ordering, and have the dash trim removed with the correct tools. If you're unsure, ask a car-audio fitter.
