The XTRONS CAMAQ5002 is a reversing camera built into a replacement rear number plate light, made for Audi models such as the Q3, Q5, S5, A4L, A6L and A8L and for some VW Passat, Tiguan and Jetta models. It fits without drilling and shows a 160° view behind the car on your aftermarket head unit.

A clear view behind, with no drilling
The camera takes the place of the existing rear number plate light cover and works alongside the original bulb, so there are no holes to drill in the bodywork. Its 160° lens covers the blind spot behind the car, and night vision LEDs keep the picture usable after dark.
If your aftermarket head unit has a dedicated camera input, it can switch to the camera picture automatically when you select reverse.
Connect a reversing camera and its picture appears on the screen when you select reverse. Automatic switching needs the reverse signal wired in. If your car already has a factory camera, check whether you need an adapter to keep it.
Check before ordering
Compare the size or part number of your original number plate light with the product photos before ordering. The camera needs an aftermarket head unit with an RCA video input, and it may not work with a factory-fitted head unit.

Remove the rear number plate light cover and fit the camera in its place with the existing bulb. Run the video cable to your head unit's video or camera input and connect the power cable.
Will it work with my factory Audi screen?
It may not. It's made for aftermarket head units with an RCA video input.
Do I need to drill any holes?
No. It replaces the number plate light cover.
Does it work at night?
Yes. It has night vision LEDs.
